As per discussions held in the meeting of our batch mates on 2nd March 2014, the following were finalised:
I. The Programme :
A. Event No 1 - 14th December -

Cricket Match on sunday at the college ground. This would be picnic with some activities for ladies and children in the pavillion followed by a Dilli Ki Chaat type of lunch. |
B. Event No 2 - 20th December -

10.00 to 1 pm - CME at AUDITORIUM |

HERITAGE WALK The first event is a Heritage trip to the college in batches of 5-10 of the various departments. |

LUNCH 1.00- 2.30 PM |

2.30 pm INAUGRATION by Union Health Minister Sh. J.P. Nadda.

• Chief Guest - Minister of State for Minority Affairs Minister Najma Heptulla
• Guest of Honour - Justice Mudgal. |

7.00 pm - Felicitation of our Silver Jubilee batch |

8.30 pm - Live Band with DJ and Dance Floor |

9.00 pm - Fireworks. |
C. Event No. 3 - 21st December -
| 1. |
Sunday - We get together at the college at 10 am and make a departure in VOLVO Buses for A family outing with night stay for example at BEST WESTERN RESORT, MANESAR, which IS CONTRIBUTORY. |

We have Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast at the hotel and start return journey by midday on 22nd December. |
II. The Contribution:

We all need to make a contribution of total of Rs 25,000/- (Rs 20,000/-for 20th December plus Rs 5,000/- for MIDCON 2013). |

The contribution for the night stay is :-
Rs 10000/- on a twin sharing basis after 30th April 2014. |

It was decided to contact automobile industry, property dealers, electronic companies, jewellery houses, consumable durable industry, fitness chains, media etc for collecting sponsorship.
However, we must contribute full individual amount at this stage.
Please confirm night stay asap so that bookings may be made.
